How can we help?

For help with DoseDyno, email contact@dosedyno.app. Include the app version, your iPhone or iPad model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, or sensitive health information.

Scanning meals or labels

Use a well-lit, in-focus photo and keep the full meal or supplement label inside the frame. Nutrition and label results are estimates. Review the detected details before saving them, and use the editing controls when a result needs correction.

Subscriptions and Restore Purchases

Open DoseDyno Settings and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the permanent DoseDyno account you want to use. Apple manages billing and cancellation through Apple Subscriptions. Deleting a DoseDyno account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Sign-in and account access

Check your network connection and confirm that you are using the same sign-in method you used when creating the account. If Sign in with Apple was used with Hide My Email, continue using that Apple sign-in rather than a different email address.

Notifications and Apple Health

Notification, camera, and Apple Health access can be changed in iOS Settings. Apple Health sync is optional. DoseDyno only reads or writes supported data after you grant the corresponding permission.

Privacy and account deletion

Use Delete Account in DoseDyno Settings to request deletion of your DoseDyno account and associated app data. See the Privacy Policy for retention details and contact us for an access, correction, or privacy request.
