By using this terminal, you acknowledge that the complexity of human biology exceeds the current capabilities of consumer-grade AI models.

II. Predictive Metabolic Forecasting (PRO Tier)

The "Metabolic Risk Forecast" and "DoseDyno Diet Score" available to PRO members are predictive models based on dietary trends and historical intake. These forecasts are NOT clinical diagnoses of Diabetes, Hypertension, or any other pathological condition. High-risk forecasts should be shared with a qualified physician for clinical blood testing and formal diagnosis. DoseDyno makes no guarantee regarding the absolute clinical accuracy of these dietary-only predictions.

III. AI Vision & "Hallucinations"

Our Universal Vision Engine utilizes proprietary neural networks to analyze images of meals and supplement labels. While highly optimized, AI models can experience "hallucinations" or inaccuracies in portion size estimation and ingredient identification. You are strictly required to verify all critical nutritional information—especially concerning allergens and dosing—against official product packaging and clinical guidelines.

III. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoseDyno, Jacob Shin, and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse reactions to supplements, nutritional deficiencies, or injuries resulting from reliance on the "Bio-Synergy" or "Dynamic RDA" alerts. You agree to indemnify and hold DoseDyno harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the terminal's outputs for high-risk health decisions.

IV. Use by Minors

DoseDyno is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. Nutritional requirements for minors differ significantly from adult standards; use of the app for pediatric care is strictly prohibited without specialized medical consultation.

V. International Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.

  • USA/Canada: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
  • EU/International: Disputes shall be handled through the appropriate civil courts, respecting the consumer protection laws of your country of residence as required by international treaty.

VI. Service Continuity

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue terminal functionalities (such as the Global Vision lookup or real-time synergy engine) at any time to ensure operational safety or regulatory compliance.
