I. Nature of the Terminal

DoseDyno provides photo-based nutrition estimates, supplement organization, and optional activity context. Its algorithms summarize user-provided records and may estimate visible foods, portions, and nutrients. These outputs are probabilistic estimations, not clinical measurements. By using this terminal, you acknowledge that the complexity of human biology exceeds the current capabilities of consumer-grade AI models.

II. Nutrition Scores and Trend Signals

The DoseDyno nutrition score and trend signals summarize only the meals, supplements, goals, and optional activity information recorded in the app. They do not predict disease or provide an individual medical risk assessment. Missing, incorrect, or estimated inputs can materially change the result.

III. AI Vision & "Hallucinations"

DoseDyno uses server-side AI models to analyze images of meals and supplement labels. AI models can produce inaccurate portions, ingredients, or nutrient estimates. Verify important information—especially allergens and supplement directions—against official product packaging, and consult a qualified professional for medical decisions.

IV. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoseDyno, Jacob Shin, and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse reactions to supplements, nutritional deficiencies, or injuries resulting from reliance on automated summaries or verified-label combination reviews. You agree to indemnify and hold DoseDyno harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the terminal's outputs for high-risk health decisions.

V. Use by Minors

DoseDyno is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and older. Nutritional requirements for minors differ significantly from adult standards; use of the app for pediatric care is strictly prohibited without specialized medical consultation.

VI. International Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides.

  • USA/Canada: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, waiving any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
  • EU/International: Disputes shall be handled through the appropriate civil courts, respecting the consumer protection laws of your country of residence as required by international treaty.

VII. Service Continuity

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue terminal functionalities (such as the Global Vision data source or automated review feature) at any time to ensure operational safety or regulatory compliance.

VIII. App Store Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew according to the terms shown at purchase. Deleting a DoseDyno account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel future renewals through Apple Subscriptions. If you delete an account while an eligible entitlement remains active, create or sign in to a permanent verified DoseDyno account and use Restore Purchases to request a secure reconnection.
